I have a customer that has a an ACS 4.0 I have lines 1-4 on all extensions, no restrictions on any lines or outbound restrictions, for some reason extension 10 cannot access line 3, when it is pressed you just get dead air as if nothing was there, all other extensions can access it fine. So I had them dial Intercom 803 from extension 10 and it worked fine. Then I moved the line appearance to the "5" position and same thing, I also had the reset the system #728 hoping this would work, (seems to always clear the weird stuff), and nata! Any suggestions?? :shrug:

Are you sure it's really line 3? Go into programming on 10, (not System Programming) and press the button. Does it say L03?
Since you were sucessful in dialing Intercom 803 at Ext. 10, the extension is not restricted from accessing the line.
You could try removing ALL lines from 10, and putting them back, see if that will work.
