I have been having problems with this switch- low volume for incoming calls. I have worked with my pots provider and resolved this issue, however when we were testing we found an extreme amount of noise on the individual lines.(25db to 35db)When the switch was taken out of the loop we had 1db of noise (which I consider acceptable). Can someone point me in the right direction as to testing where and why there is so much noise coming from this switch on the lines? Thanks, Dave :bang:

check the LS/GS cards. Sounds like you have a bad one.

Was there yesterday and there are three cards and all do the same thing. I am beginning to think it is inherant to the switch. We tested at the switch and there is 30db to 35db noise then pull bridge clips and gone down to 10db.

Hello,
I had this problem awhile back. You will soon find that you might have a bad cpu card or power supply.
try pulling all cards out with just one trunk card. and cpu and one power supply. see what happens
