Hi All,
We have enabled Unified Messaging on our Merlin Magix system with Merlin Messaging r4.0
Everything is working just fine but we have all noticed that to hear the message, we have to really crank up the volume on our systems or use headphone - my preference but not everyone agrees.
Does anyone know of a way to increase the gain of the .wav file in the UM system? I'd hate to have to tell everyone to use sndrec32 before listening to each message.

i dont believe ther are settings in the system
ive noticed that on laptops it works fine but on desktops some volumes are low i havent found a solution except to tell people to raise the volume on their pc's hope it helps

Thanks... I've more or less done the same. Headphones work wonders also when dealing with a cube farm ;-)
