In the nearly-upper right-hand side of the home page, there is an "edit profile" link. Once you click on it, you can select from a variety of site-provided generic ones, or you can insert a URL for a custom one. Note that it must be a URL, not a simple file.
Since I don't know a damned thing about computers, I had to settle for one of the freebies.
Test-OK might want to help me here because I am not sure if you have to have been around a while before this feature works.
