Hello everyone, I am new to the boards. I have a dumb question. Can anyone provide me with TTI Instructions for Avaya Definity systems? I was thinking it was:
Merge code, security code, then extension. Is this correct?

That is correct. You should hear confirmation tone after you successfully completed the merge or separation.
