Is this a speed dial or just for any call?

Jeff,
I believe I can just place a 9 before the speed dial number (do I need to place a * between the 9 and the rest of the number) But I was wondering if there is any possible way to have the system dial the 9 so the customer does not have to for any call.

No. The only way to possibly do this is through your TELCO if they can do an "assume 9" for you. I doubt it though, at least not for the same cost you are paying now.

That's what I figured as well.

I do have 1 other question. The customer wants the ability to have his "secretary" screen calls, place the caller on hold, and have the secretary call his cell phone where he will decide to take the call or not. I thought I could do this through conferencing. Problem is after she joins the 2 calls and hangs up, the call is lost. Is this a feature only possible with Centrex as well?

FYI - I had the customer order a 3-way calling feature and it works great.
