I have an IP 406 Avaya switch with manager 3.0 and have noticed since our upgrade that my sensaphone, which only dials via pulse and not tone, no longer is able to dial out via my analog port.
It had worked originally, but made an update about 6 months ago and now found that this device can nolonger dial out.
What settings can I check to make sure that this device will be allowed to dial out once again.
Also, as a test I plugged in a handset and tried to dail out via pulse and the phone system acted as if it did not reconize it and thus not allowing it to dial out.
Help...
