Customer want Payphone ran though Magix System I have read the manual from front to back can't find the right programming clues, for extra dial tone it time out before the money go though, is there any programming tips. Thank

I din't know about the new pay phones, However the older payphones used ground start lines.

I have the payphone going though the Magix on a 016 card work fine when go off hook i have dial tones for 10 - 15 sec what i need is dial tones from the system to last 30 sec

Look at the interdigit timers - adjust the 1st one so it doesn't time out too fast.
Be sure to make a note of what the settings are before you change anything, so you can put it back if it doesn't work out.

When you go off hook the dial tone is provided by the CO, not the system. If the phone goes off hook before the coins drop that's a design problem with the phone. You would have this problem even with it connected directly to a CO line instead of behind the Magix.
I don't think that there is a way for the Magix to provide dial tone then seize the line 15 seconds later.
