I ahve a partner system with aT-1 and DID on five extensions and cannot get the DID to work. Everything else seems to work fine. Any suggestions?

Do you have the software to program with. To program did on a partner you need the remote admin software. then it is just a matter of telling the system what did's go where. :idea:

Make sure you went into the line config for the T1 lines and set them to DID mode instead of the default.

djweis is right...We just did one on Thursday and forget to go to the individual line config and set them to "use for did" nothing worked..all calls went to attendant..Changed it and whew...worked like a charm.
