Log into the system administrator's mailbox, then proceed to the programming menu. Select the option for mailboxes, create them the same as a "non-phantom" mailbox, except select a class of service that does not allow call transfer. In the Legend, renumber unused adjuncts to create the extension nunbers in the dial plan, and add them to the voice mail coverage group. Check out the manuals at https://support.avaya.com
