Would anyone know the revision number of a partner system that would be required to install a T-1 card in it? Up until Friday, I didn't even know you could put a T card into a partner system, we always slapped in a channel bank and went from there. Thanks in advance for the info!!

I have installed a T-1 card in a 7.0 and have been told it can also be installed in a 6.0. It works well for DID in hybrid mode but does not support caller ID. To get caller ID you must go to the DS-1 module and then you lose DID.

I believe you can use a T-1 card on an R5, but you need the admin software.

R6 and newer can use the T1 module (which will support only 16 voice channels [9-24]. The others either go to waste, or can be used for something else like Internet service).

Yes, you are correct newjerseyvoice,........R.6 was the first ACS to introduse the T-1 module.
R.5 introdused the 1600 DSL module.
But like newjerseyvoice stated.......you can flash any release ACS up to a R.6.
