We have an Intuity Audix at one of our offices...I honeslty haven't worked with Audix in about 4yrs. Recently I was asked how the users can check voicemail from the outside. They had DID's and an AA after 3 rings. Now if the AA picks up they have can get to VM but if someone picks up they don't know how to put someone into their mailbox to pickup messages. I have a feeling if the tranfer to the pilot number for VM then hit an option they can get it but I don't know the option.

Users can dial the D-I-D number to Audix or have someone transfer them to the Audix extension. Both will get the user to the extension and password login to access their mail.

they can also have someone transfer them to their own mailbox using the direct to voice mail feature. They can login from there.
