Hi I got this new Acs 7.0 installed with 5 phones & pc large voicemail. Heres the problem call comes in answered by customer tranfers to ext 10 , ext 10 on line 3 with a call , tranfered call rings 4 times at ext then goes to voicemail. can ext 10 get that call back onces the voicemail has it . also privacy is not programmed on any phone and i cant pust a red light to join a call, auto privacy is not assigned on all phones ,should be able to join a call
any ideas?
