I am getting ready to upgrade a IP403 to the most recent release as well as upgrading Phone Manager software on WS's, Voice Mail Pro, etc. Is their a certian order to do it in i.e do the Office unit first then the VM Pro, then the phone manager or does it matter?

Thanks,
Mike

Thanks,
Mike

If you are essentially doing all at the same time, it doesn't really matter. I've always done IP Office and VM Pro (work on one while waiting for the other) - then the user apps. You need to follow TO THE LETTER the instructions provided with the release.
Cheers!
Mike
