I have a client that has fired their Office Manager and they now have no idea what the password is to the managers mailbox. Is there a way to recover this password without initializing the voicemail. If there is no way to do this then how do I initialize the voicemail?

The admin password can be reinitialized without affecting anything else. For security reasons this is not something that we can tell you how to do. We can call into the system and reinitialize it for you and we normally charge a small fee for the service, usually on a credit card. Considering Avaya will charge you $$$ to do the same thing it's a bargain.
If this is agreeable to you I'm sure one of the mods here will be willing to help you.
