I am running a Definity G3 V9.5. I need to know if I can have call information displayed on a phone within a call pickup group without a bridged appearance.

Are you using a hunt group for these calls? If so you can name the hunt group so no matter who in the group gets it, can see how the call came in.

I for example have a simple call center. Upon dialing an 800 number the caller gets one menu of three items. Each hunt group extension is named [Wells C.S.], [Wells Tech], [Wells Application]. That tells the staff that an 800 call came in and prompted to them. They see the hunt group name on their display and can answer accordingly.

Does that help? What exact application are you trying to accomplish?
