I have a Partner ACS R7.0 with a VS PC card. When there is an incoming call it rings at ext. 19 twice then fowards to the auto-attendent. Is there a way I can Change the extension that it rings at or make it go straight to the AA.
Thanks in advance, WD

Yes you can set ringing on any station for incomming calls, As for the voice mail it's either a VS or a PC which do you have? In either case use #507 1=day and 2=night options to set the ringing for the AA to answer.

There are a few things need to be clarified here.
1) Is X19 is the only extension that is supposed to (and does) ring when a call comes in?
2) Not understanding "change the extension that it rings at". Do you want calls to ring at another extension or do you just not want X19 to ring for incoming calls.
3) You can make X19 not ring on outside calls, you can make the AA pick up immediately (0 rings) or both. What you need to do depends on what I asked above.
