I've been told that the trouble with "18D Series 2" hookswitch has been fixed and the newest batch are good. Is this true?

I haven't had a bad switch hook in about 8-10 months so I assume it has been.

I just had a18d that has a lazy hookswitch out of the box new is that the past problem ?

We continue to have problems. Had one show up after being in service for about a month.

I had two 18-D'S and four 6-D'S in the last three months

Had one bad 18d this week, hookswitch not working. This was a new install, 2 hours away from our office. To top it all off the 5 slot carrier didn't work either.
