We are trying to decide on a UPS to sell to customers to keep their system up for 10-15 min...
We are thinking for a 5x9 system with 9 18D phones and a large VM...
If anyone could make any recommendations, it would be appreciated...
Note...tried a search on this with no results...

In the Jenne catalog there is a runtime chart for Avaya products.
Looks like 800va would give you 30min.
Hope this helps,

https://www.powerware.com/AVAYA/selector_usa/AC_01.asp Says you're looking for 750 to 1000 VA I don't have a particular brand preference, but at least this tool helps on sizing.

The Tripp-lite Smart 1000 LCD is very nice. The LCD display adds a little bling for the customers as well. It also has true AVR. Mfr. Part # smart100lcd MrG
