Hi all...sorry for this total newbie question. But we had this Partner mail system installed ages ago and I need to administer a new mailbox. I think I know the admin password but how do I get to the setup admin area?

I have a question, I hope that you can answer. We are a collection agency and we have had a lot of people come and go. I am office Manager now and would like to figure out how to reset the passwords for the voice mail. When the others have left they changed the password and now we have no way to get the messages at those extentions. I am totaly confussed, and have tried everything that I have read in the manuals. :confused:

I think that its a partner plus II advanced communications systems, it says merlin etr- 18D

OK,..........Partner II would be your phone system. But what voice mail do you have? It could be something like a Partner Mail VS R.3.
But to answer your question. Do you have the admin password and can get to the admin menu?
If so, in there you can reinitialize any of the voice mail box passwords.

Its a parter mail vs R4. But no I don't have and admin password that I know of, where would I find it.

If the Admin password is lost, one of the Avaya moderators can reset it for you. They will charge a very small fee for their services, but it is a bargain compared to what Avaya will charge to do the same thing.
