If system is Voicemail Pro (that goes with IP Office) - change mailbox greetings from within the mailbox. There is no "default" method of changing automated attendant greetings. Either ask your vendor for assistance or open the VMPro client and find original plan or make a new one. This process is not one that could adequately be described here.

If you mean some other system, let us know which...
