Tried doing a search and didnt find anything. This is a non plus 820, (looks like a 410 cab) top module is FP2 middle module is the one where you have the M1 M2 for music in. I have verified music is good at the M1 M2 screw post, tried turning volume up at the module and music source. I get nothing when a call is on hold. Is this a programming issue like the 820d or plus where its *12low *13med *14high (i believe). Going back tomorrow with another module. Thanks.

Did you check the input ,Im guessing its 600 Ohms in and the 8 Ohm of a headset will give you the low volumne.

I'm thinking you could get a matching xformer @ Radio Shack.

Im sure this input is good. I get no volume at all (like its unplugged) when i do a test call in and place it on hold. This is why i was thinking it may be a feature i had to turn on but i thought these were "plug and play"

The source must be 8 Ohms of Impedence with 1 watt of power.

An easy test is to put your tone generator on the 2 lugs and see if you hear that when a call is placed on hold.

Thanks for the tip, at the office now and testing on our in house system it works good. I don't think I had the module inserted deep enough at the site.

This may seem too simple but do you have any bent pins in the KSU. The music comes through pins 1 and 8. (We use to make them). a bent pin might be whats bad
