Ok, thanks. I have one advantage over some of you. In this case, I am the customer. I am trying to get a restart done, based on the recommendation of a tech that came in a while ago to help me prove something was the SBC's problem not mine. We have some people (who are related to the president and vice presidents of the company), that don't always like to play nice with other departments, and I wanted some way to prevent them from getting a new phone call so I don't cut them off accidentally. Apparently, the company cell phone isn't good enough sometimes. Thanks for telling me how.

The ? I have is....does this work require your
presence on site or can it be done after hours
and remotely...??????

I have to be here. I can't get WinSPM to work remotely, only with a direct connection. I haven't had time to see if my computer is close enough to use the extra cable in my office to carry the direct connection signal. If it can (which I will have to work in the closet to find out, as there currently is not a cable going to the admin port), then I would be able to remote desktop into my computer from home to administer the phone. But the new CNC mills have to get on the network first. At least they are using ethernet now not RS-232.
