We have an IP Office v3.2.53 with a single PRI from TDS Metrocom. The operator at the facility can tranfer calls from land-line phones off-site. For example, I can call from my AT&T land-line at my office and she can transfer me to any number inside or outside of the property. She cannot transfer me if I call via a Cingular or Verizon mobile phone. This means a trunk to trunk transfer works so long as the caller is calling from a land-line. If the caller is calling from a mobile phone the call goes on hold and eventually rings back to her phone. There are no system or user/extension restrictions on trunk to trunk transfers on this system. Any thoughts?

Ok, the users weren't pressing the terminating TRANSFER. The t to t transfers work fine when the users press TRANSFER NUMBER TRANSFER and hang up.

I was going to say..................."It shouldn't matter how or from where the in coming call came from".
