I am looking for a 104B Data Collector for a Merlin Plus Telephone System. Is there anyone out there who knows where I can buy this item?

Christoff,
I finally found one. It is "new in box" and includes an AT&T kit of parts CC 105 486 153, which I believe allows you to connect it to the Busy Buster jack on the Merlin Plus R2. I'll send you a PM as well.
