Anyone know where to buy a Legacy MOH adapter such as the Partner 105-A or the Lucent Merlin Legend or Magix KS-23395L3, you know the one with the RJ-11 on one side and the RCA on the other with the little volume control in the middle? Even a schematic would be good at this point - I seem to recall it being a couple of diodes, resistors and a pot.
