I'm trying to access vm from an IP 5610sw phone. It tell's me that remote access is not setup for this mail box. Could anyone point me in the right direction to look for this info. I have been looking in all the help files, but have had no luck so far...

This is a IPO 406V2 with Software 3.2, and I'm using Voicemail Lite.

Thnx

Make sure VM is enabled, and V+ext (i.e. V220 for extension 220) in User/Source Numbers Tab.

You have to set a mailbox password before you can access the mailbox from the outside.

Thank you both. I will check the ext. but I'm pretty sure I'm good there. I know I have not set any passwords for the mail boxes..I will add them and see if that fixes it...

Thanks Again
