I took over a customer that has a partner ACS with the flash voice mail and I have a problem the voice mail will not reset. I tried the backdoor password and the default password nothing is working. Does anyone have any ideas.

Just wanted to say thanks for all your help I went out there and had it reset in about 5 minutes. I would not have been able to do it with out your help.
