Will we have to reprogram the whole system to upgrade to 7.0? Our customer wants a 016ETR card in order to support the 3910 cordless phone.

Jim - You can convert what ever release you have to the R7.0 from a BACKUP File on your PC/Laptop.

You would not have to re-program the switch from start.

The ETR card would be added after you bring it up as the R7.0 and load the CONVERTED BACKUP File.

MM is right, just upgraded a legend 1.1 that i put in as a tech in 1993 to cke 4 7.0 with no problems

You should be fine. Going from 3.0 and below was always hit or miss. Glad to here CVRBOB had no issues. If you guys have older Legend processors you want flash upgraded, just let me know.
