We've got several IPO installations under our belt, and have made plenty of mistakes but we've also often been pleased with our things have worked out. Does anyone know of a resource with IPO best practices outlining a smooth "typical" installation? We'd be happy to contribute to it, if we have anything to add. Thanks.

As far as the install goes it all comes down to a good system planner on the front end. Get to know the customer and their needs, wants and expectations.
