I am working on a Partner ACS 509. The customer would like line 8 to ring on her ext 4 times then go to her vmail box. The line rings on her phone but will not go to VMail. What am I doing wrong? I know this will work because another line on the system does this to a different ext. I copied all the parameters as best I could but must be overlooking or doing somethig wrong. Any help would be appreciated.

Did you assign line ownership for that line to that ext (#208)? Assign VM cover on the ext.(#310) and set that line as a VM cover line (#206)

Thank you michael, I went back to the customers site and double checked what you suggested and it worked fine. Everything was in there as I had programmed it. I must have had martinis for lunch the other day. Thanks again Doug Black
