My did range is 1147-1166 the ext # start at 100 when I setup the DID# forward it goes to ext 114 what can I do? Below is how I forward the did #

Lines and Trunks > PRI > Incoming Routing

This is a table where you can set up DIDs to route where you want them to go.  You only have 15 patterns and 1 is reserved for your DIDs (Usually Pattern 0).

Take Pattern 1 for example:

Service                      Any Service
Pattern to match             1234   (What did are you rtg)
Expected Digits              4      (How many digits sent)
Digits to delete             4
Digits to add                5678   (Where to go)

That is if you have DIDs that are not in your dial plan.  Otherwise, you can renumber an extension to match the DID coming down the PRI.  Let me know if this helps.

Sorry, I thought you were pointing out the correct way of changing routing. Do a PRI print and post it. Exactly what is not working?

My advice would be to renumber your extensions to start with 147.

YES, I know, that will cause you to have to RE-DO all of your voice mail boxes.

Well, TOO BAD the client didn't involve you when they bought the D-I-D range, so now that's the price they will have to pay.

(But at least is is DO-ABLE, without soaking up all of your 16 PRI Tables.)

PM me if you need additional info.
