System R4.1 on the processor, I would like to make the system to be a little difrent than it is now. I want to be able to call an EXT internally without the mute key on on the speaker.
So when I call another EXT the person I called doesn't have to hit the MIC/HFAI key to talk back to the caller.
I hit intercom * and the EXT number right now.

If they have there MIC/HFAI turned on they don't have to hit anything.

You can have the MIC/HFAI (hands free answer on intercom) button on all the time. Just make sure the light is on the sets you want to let answer you back.
