We have a customer with a Legend 7.0 & a T1.

DS1 SLOT ATTRIBUTES

A Slot Type Format Supp Signal LineComp
A 5 T1 D4 ZCS Rob_Bit 1

They have an 800# that is supposed to ring in on one of the last five channels. When I call the 800# it rings and rings, the DS1 lights up, but it does not ring or appear at the operator's console or any other station, despite programmed line appearances for all five channels. According to Sprint, no DNIS is being sent.

What I see is maybe only a HALF of what we need to know to help you with this, if that much.

Perhaps you can PM me for some additional help.

Also, do you have a copy of the Vendor's Service Order?

If you mean the phone vendor, that's us.

The T1 was originally setup on a channel bank. The channel bank died and we setup a Legend w/ a DS1 card in its place.

The T1 is a D4 with all 24 channels as voice. The T1 is split into three groups by Sprint. The last group, channels 20-24, are setup for outgoing use w/ an incoming WATS number. If I call the number with my cell phone, the amber status light turns on, indicating its hitting the DS1 card, however the call does not show up at the operator's console. In fact, I can pull dial tone from each of the 5 channels while the call is still ringing.
