I have a customer that moved into a new office and there is a Merlin Legend with voice mail that he wants to use. I can get into the phone system programming but not the voice mail (default passwords wont work) 1st of all is there anyone that knows how to reset the password and would you be willing to offer paid phone support on setting this system up?
