I have a service call to program a partner system. (NO MANUALS) Customer wants one phone all lines NOT to ring. Should be easy, BUT.
I don't do many Partner switches. :confused: :confused: :scratch:
Need information ASAP

You can get the manuals at Avaya.com, it's pretty easy to shut the ringing off of the one station,
At 10 or 11
Feature 00
Left intercom Left intercom Right intercom
enter station #
Press line keys until light flutters and it says no ring
Feature 00 to end

Need information ASAP TT: You may want to download the <a href="https://support.avaya.com/japple/css/japple?temp.documentID=194852&temp.productID=107628&temp.releaseID=194851&temp.bucketID=159898&PAGE=Document">programming guide</a>. The current one has options that don't apply to the Partner Plus, but most of it will work.  -Ilena
