Does anyone know if a Partner ACS is able of callfowarding calls externally. I have a customer that will be on a 6 week leave and wants any calls fowarded to her extension sent to her cell home phone. I know this can be done with Toshiba and Intertel and Ip Office but never done this on a Partner and coulnt find it in the manual.

First, you need to allow out calling... RCF call forwarding to the station through central tel programing. Then you can use the out calling feature on 6 or 7. This is not a default program and has to be activated though central tel. In the program it asks to allow out calling on a per station basis.
