Please Help!

New to the avaya family.

Problem - Trying to Login As Admin to make changes to a system I moved (Regretting even touching it lol)

Dialing 777 waiting for prompt then pressing (o) then trying for # but then the system wants to forward me to the operator. Dont know what to do

mailbox 99 works but dose not do what would like to!

If this is Partner w/VS VM then you are logging in as a mailbox owner that is why system trying to transfer you to the Operator. You have to dial *7 to hear prompt requesting mail box number.
Dial 99# or 0# if this is partner Messaging, then password and dial 9 to hear Admin options.
