You don't always get a confirmation tone at the end of the test, even with good TTRs. How often can this happen before a TTR is deemed bad?

There is no T&R Module in the Legend. I assumed there must be a bad TTR by counting calls before failure. The only other place for TTRs is in the 007MLM (3-408 MLX modules, the just added 400 GS/LS and the 007MLM).
The thing that makes me crazy is that there is no consistant pattern of failure.

If we are talking about bad TTR it has to be consistant pattern unless somebody else calling into AA and ocupies TTR. That is why you do not have a consistancy. Make sure that at the time you are testing TTRs nobody goes into VM and no calls get picked up by AA.

I think would be much easier to take an additional 4 TTRs out(4 GS/LS} instead of puting 012 or 016 card and make 2 simultaneouse calls into VM and see what happened. If we are dealing with bad TTR then every time caller has to have a problem cause there only 2 of them.

I just was thinking. For incoming calls VM is using DTMF from the POTS line and is not supposed to fail according to our theory. Only internal use of VM should cause a problem. Am I right or wrong?

My issues are from the POTS hunt group to the Auto-Attendant. I haven't detected an issue on the internal calls to VM.

Hey,telephony121,
Why dont you replace that 408 you originally use with another one you added? I think your TTR on old 408 having a problem.

Just the test the TTRs the right way so you can rule them out.
