Just a wild thought, but have you ever considered calling an Avaya Business Partner from your area to come to your site and service this problem? I don't know what you get paid, but it seems to me that you have already expended more than the service call cost and you are no closer to resolving the issue than when you started.

When I press feature on my extension phone and 00 and my dedicated out line the intercom lights come on. I don't have a display on this phone and I don't have a Feature on the master module

Without knowing what that button is, can't give you any advice.

Swap out you phone with a display set and try again, or look at it in centralized telephone programming from the console.

Thanks for all your help! Went to the office this morning and was just checking out the programming again and I found that my extension and another were put in forced account code. When I took it out, walla, I had a dialtone. Don't know how that happened. Thanks again.

Wow. We weren't exactly stung by the obvious, but I have to laugh every time I insist on going down the wrong road.
