Have a customer that has an IPO 406...Their service is Analog DID trunks...We are running the trunks through MultiTech's Call Finder...For the most part it works well...but occasionaly on inbound DID calls, there will be a 'beep' followed by voice fading out for 2-3 seconds, and then coming back in. It does not occur on outbound calls.
Thoughts?

I would give MultiTech's tech suport a call. There are gain adjustments that may need to be altered and they should be able to tell you if that is the cause of your problem.

We had this problem a few moths ago on a simular setup and it was a bad Multi-tech box.
So yes I would get on-site and give Multi-tech a call.
