At least we know that Exts 40&41 can be asigned in comand 505 for Group 7 if it 2 port VM.

It's a 4 port card.
Don't know if this is helpful, but on the other side of the card it says "50c memory card".

What that means in #505 group 7 you need to set 38,39,40, and 41. This will be your voicemail ports. This is what it dials when you dial I777 on your phone. On the phones you set #320 for the number of rings before the extension goes to voicemail. Also set #310 to assigned for each extension that has a voicemail box.

Are you going to be setting up an Auto Attendant?
If so there are a few more options to set.
