Make sure that selector code 2 is set for direct extension transfer if thats correct, then try resetting the system using the #728. That will reset any hung TTRs.....Bob

I think it was my fault. I was not understanding the selector code function and programming. I have now set sel code 1 to play submenu 99 and changed the aa message to say "...dial 1 and the ext number..." and it works every time. Is that the best way to set it up? Thanks, Mike

It sounds to me like it would be good money spent to have a local qualified tech come out to your location and set your system up for you.

No, that's NOT the way its supposed to work! Sorry, but you have no idea what you are doing. I agree with Mike, at this point it would be money well spent to have a tech look at your system and diagnose the problems. We are just spinning our wheels here.

I replaced the messaging module and set it up the original way and that cured the problem.Thanks to all who helped out. Mike
