Hi, I'm going to be reinstalling a partner VS mail 4.0 for a customer who wants to redesign the AA. He wants 1 touch options off the main greeting that lead to submenus. Can this mail do that? He's also asking for the possibility of a dial by name directory which I'm pretty sure it can not do. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Will need to upgrade to the Avaya Partner Messaging if they want to use submenus.

That is also true for the directory dialing.
