I have installed a Ip office 412 with a full T1 and the channels are not disconneting. I dont see any dissconnect tinmers on the programing. I was wondering that would that be somethin the provider would have to provide thanks

Usually on T1 Disconnect Supervision provides automatically by provider. I am not sure about IPO but take a look under Lines and Trunks you have comand LS-Disconnect. Set it up to Enable.

Recently, T-1 Provider had not programmed disconnect signal at all. This was XO communications they did fix the issue after a few phone calls.

As like a Magix You should be able to force the disconnect. Some of these features did migrate from the the Magix to the Office Ip. But who knew?
