How do you setup Avaya Definity so my receptionist send answered calls straight to voice mail.

I am a switchboard operator and handle it via the following:
Receptionist has caller live on the line.
Receptionist dials the company voicemail extension. At extension prompt, they put in your extension and #. At password, they put in (the guest password) and #. Receptionist releases/hangs up at the beginning of the recording.
For the guest password, look at your Audix, System Feature Parameter form in the switch.
