You buy it from an Avaya Business Partner, if they lost the copy that came with the system. It's called Avaya Sight Administration. The cd is not a lot of money.

Or you can join my insane world and completely abandon ASA. I use an old IP-enabled copy of Procomm Plus for all flavors of Definity and AUDIX. I can dial in, use the IP interface (as I mentioned) or connect directly to the console port of any unit. It's got AT&T 4410 and 513 terminal emulation, among many others.

And you are certainly welcome to the latest copy of Avaya Site Administration from myself as well. Go to www.dagwoodsystems.com and you will find a number of ways to contact me.

That is insane. ASA is such a powerful tool that I wouldn't go without it. On the new S8XX0's you can just telnet into the box and get rid of software all together.
