Hello,

I have two phone lines for the business both of which are connected to the ACS R3.

THe second line was added just recently. My question is, how can I get the ACS to direct the second line to the Mail VS so that callers can hear the greeting like on the first line?

The phone company enabled hunting so that when callers call the first line, it jumps to the second line, but the ACS doesn't know what to do with the second line so the phone just rings and rings.

How can I get the second line to mimic the first on the system?

Thanks

Eddie

You go under #206 group 7 and assign the line.
