Don't know if I can get this info here but was wondering if there is a way to default a Partner Messaging R1.0 with 4 port license card without manually going in and resetting each option?

Yes but that information cannot be given out. The procedure is one of our mods will contact you and call into the system. There is usually a charge for this.
