I don't see it as false advertising as much as ignorance of the product .
A few years ago there was a eBay seller blowing out a ton of MLS phones and she listed them as "full duplex speaker phone "
I sent here a email about it but she never responded .
buyer beware , If the customer comes to me , I verify what I claim the equipment will do (because I'm the one that will hear about it if it doesn't )
If they buy from a spiffy looking website that google takes them to ...oh well
